Own financial planning, reporting, audit and controls across the UK and US entities. Partner with the Founder on capital strategy. ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with experience in a regulated or high-growth environment.

Build and lead the AGS Sports Management Division, supporting athletes from academy to retirement. Coordinate licensed representation, development centres and scholarship pathways, and make sure every athlete's support plan meets the AGS standard of care. Significant experience in player management, club operations or athlete representation.

Lead the football side of the AGS ecosystem: player development pathways, academy and club relationships, and the sporting standards behind our development centres. A track record in senior football operations, recruitment or academy leadership, with a strong network across the professional game.

Lead the relationship with athletes and their families from first meeting onwards. Coordinate education, welfare and partner services. Background in private banking, player care or family office.

Manage a portfolio of athlete accounts day to day. Track milestones in the education pathway and escalate welfare flags. Strong organisation and discretion.

Build and run AGS relationships with US schools, academies and clubs. Lead the US student athlete programme rollout. Knowledge of US high school and collegiate sport, including name, image and likeness (NIL).

Build the people function for a growing firm across the UK and the United States: policies, onboarding, performance and culture. Own safeguarding checks for every role that works with under-18 athletes. Experience leading HR in a regulated or high-growth business.

Run recruitment across finance, sport, technology and athlete services. Build a strong pipeline for senior hires and make sure every process is fair, fast and well documented. Experience in executive or specialist recruitment.
