Leadership

The people accountable for every athlete we serve.

AGS Capital brings together institutional finance, enterprise technology and clinical behavioural science. Each discipline has a named leader, and each leader answers for the standard of care an athlete receives.

Founder

Nicholas Beddis founded AGS Capital Global to give professional athletes what the industry around them has never provided: a single, accountable view of their wellbeing, their decisions and their wealth.

A former Newport County academy player, he spent over a decade in real estate private equity and structured finance, working with family offices, sovereign entities and institutional investors across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He has led capital formation strategies of more than £500m and remains connected to over $1bn in asset exposure.

AGS combines that institutional discipline with clinical behavioural science and enterprise technology. The firm is headquartered in London and is building its first international programme in the United States.

Dr Micaela Vidal-Taylor
Dr Micaela Vidal-Taylor
Chief Behavioural Scientist

Dr Micaela (Mica) Vidal-Taylor is an Argentine-born, London-based psychotherapist, neuroscientist and organisational psychology specialist with a research background in behavioural science and human systems. She combines rigorous scientific training with a deep understanding of how people learn, change and make decisions, designing digital experiences that turn complex psychology into intuitive and emotionally engaging learning journeys.

In her private practice, Mica is a complex trauma specialist and the author of It's Time to Buy Your Own Flowers. Her clinical work focuses on trauma recovery, attachment repair and emotional resilience. She integrates neuroscience, CBT, DBT and somatic methods to help clients rebuild safety, self-trust and secure connection. Her therapeutic insight directly informs her product design, so that every user journey is grounded in psychological safety, behavioural science and human motivation.

With a PhD from Imperial College London and a master's degree from the University of Oxford, Mica bridges neuroscience, psychology and behavioural design to create products that are both evidence-based and human-centred. She has written the user experience and copy for multiple wellbeing and education platforms, including a mindfulness and mental-fitness app using a points and reward system to drive engagement and habit formation, a life-coaching platform that helps users coach themselves through evidence-based reflection tools, and a treatment-adherence app for a global pharmaceutical company, where she translated clinical and behavioural insights into digital interventions that improved treatment consistency.

Her leadership background includes serving as Chief People Officer at a life sciences consultancy, where she led cross-functional teams across psychology, product and operations to build systems that align human behaviour, wellbeing and organisational performance.

At AGS she governs the behavioural framework and its ethical standards.
