Clear roles. Regulated custody. No conflicts hidden in the fees.
Athletes and their families should always know who holds their money, who advises them and how everyone is paid. AGS is built so that each of those answers is simple.
AGS owns the relationship. A regulated partner owns the regulated activity.
Two firms with clearly separated roles. Everything around the athlete sits with AGS. Anything that touches client money sits with an authorised partner, under its own regulator.
The athlete relationship
- 01Financial educationAn age-appropriate pathway from 14, completed before any athlete is introduced to an investment product.
- 02WelfareBehavioural check-ins and support for the athlete and their family.
- 03Behavioural intelligence and scienceHow each athlete decides under pressure, governed by our Chief Behavioural Scientist.
- 04The athlete relationshipOne trusted contact for the athlete and their family, throughout their career.
The regulated activity
- 01CustodyClient assets held by the partner, never by AGS.
- 02Trade executionInvestments placed by the partner, under its own authorisation.
- 03Portfolio constructionBuilt and managed by the partner.

Investment activity is handled only by our regulated partner, under its own authorisation.
Athletes learn first and invest second.
Investment infrastructure is delivered in partnership with a regulated financial institution, with formal terms currently being finalised.
No athlete is introduced to an investment product until they have completed the AGS education pathway.
Our guidance is never tied to what a product earns.
AGS does not take a share of management fees on athlete assets held in custody. Because of that, nothing AGS teaches an athlete or a family is linked to the fees a product generates.
The safeguards we hold ourselves to.

- SafeguardingEnhanced protocols for anyone under 18, with a parent or guardian involved in every decision.
- Agent servicesWhere representation is required, it is provided by individually licensed agents, as FIFA and FA rules require.
- Data protectionAthlete data is handled under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, overseen by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
